Playback: Psychological Safety

Below is a recorded talk I gave during PMZG on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. The same talk was delivered the previous day at PMI Forum in Zagreb.

What are psychological safety and interpersonal risk? How can I encourage and grow them? How does this make my team better? Studies show that teams that trust each other perform better. We’ll discuss strategies and tactics to evaluate and improve your team’s communication and trust. Steve Tauber from madewithlove will teach us how to run exercises with purpose to reduce imposter syndrome and help eliminate conflict allowing your employees to spend their energy on what matters.
